I was part of the Round Up claim for my deceased husband. Although it took 6 years to process, I'm happy to receive some sort of restitution. However, I truly feel it should have been more monetarily, but that's not Carlson's fault. One might think the offending party would issue more due to the claimants death from using their product. But sadly, that was not the case. Jovany was extremely helpful in facilitating my claims process and kept me updated as much as possible.
