Long post alert !!! I never would have thought I'd need a lawyer but God directed me to Carlson Law Firm and it was the best decision I could make . Though yje process was long and tiring Ruby made sure I was informed (honestly ) every step of the way . At times I felt like it was never gonna be settled but between Blake and Ruby they kept my spirits up and gave me more to look forward to . Ruby is thorough and precise . Although our case was extremely complicated since my wife actually died from T Cell Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma it was necessary to complete an Heirship consisting of myself as spouse and three children so the settlement would have an Estate to transfer the funds. Through out the legal process from start to finish Isabel and Jovany kept us informed through the many stages of the Lawsuit and Settlement process. They would immediately return our calls and that made us comfortable during the entire time. Although we have one heir that has not agreed to sign the settlement agreement for no apparent reason the Settlement was completed almost a year ago. Isabel hand Jovany had to put up with the uncooperative and rude communications from this heir.
