Unreliable staff. Very amatuer when dealing with simple cases. No credible reasons for delays, just more fees. Feels like a scam more than a professional organization. Dont promise timelines when you consistently fail to meet them. It appears that the staff do not practice closed loop communication nor do they pass on information from one person to another. I have used Carlson Law Firm in the past and would not use anyone else. They are very professional and completely honest - no hidden fees and everything is outlined in a detailed contract. The paralegals are constantly calling the client and updating as information/changes takes place.
