Not to delighted with thier upkeep on records. I called in thinking about hiring for a divorce a few weeks ago and when I finally go in to set up an app my records aren't anywhere in the system.I already spent to Much time on the phone and now I'm supposed to fill out all this paperwork? No thank you. Thier paperwork is too much too handle when time is limited and we got to much on our mind. I'm sorry I can't tell you how to run your business but if I was asked how it could get done better I'd say have a three part session with paperwork, some people don't want to waste time on their first session. IDK no one asked me, right? Thanks anyway.

I had a great experience working with Richelle Bauman and attorney Timothy Roehrs. They helped us after an accident I had while pregnant with my two kids in the car. Richelle was very helpful in explaining everything, calling me often with updates about our case, and getting appropriate compensation. Filed Bankruptcy and case was closed. However, there was a lien from a company for a water softener placed on my house (before bankruptcy). I knew nothing about the lien nor was I told during the initial meeting to look for liens against my house. I was told to just get a list of the creditors and did just that.The company ISPC had a lien loan with me and placed it on lien against the house. Carlson Law Firm removed the creditor however the lien was not removed. They were unaware of the lien and again so was I. We were never informed to even search the possibilities of liens. Now it will cost an additional $1500 to reopen a case for a creditor that was supposedly removed from my stuff. It was not totally removed and I feel this is wrong business practice. I was told that no attorney will reopen the case for anything less. So, now for a creditor I did report to them but Carlson Law Firm never informed me of even a possibility of liens I am out an additional $1500 on top of what I paid originally. Seems to me this is in poor taste however they will not do anything about it unless I pay $1500. Oh the person I explained the issue said that "we all have to accept responsibility" and that it was basically my fault. I have no legal experience and hired them to help me. Not just get my money and file a case for their books.

Went in for a consultation for divorce today and the particular attorney I spoke with had already made up her mind about me & my situation without letting me speak whatsoever. These people ask for a $4K retainer, just to collect & not take your case seriously at all. She was not at all interested in anything I had to say. You know how I know? Because I could not get a word in edgewise. She literally told me that she wasn't hearing anything from me to be that "extreme" when I had basically said nothing to her at all. I was in the room with her for maybe 5 minutes and she spoke 99% of that time. I wish I got her name, but she made me so upset that I just left. I will be using the attorney that was initially my 1st choice. Carlson was only an option out of curiosity. Thanks but no thanks!
