Big thank you to Norma and Jody who worked on my case. Norma thank you for answering EVERY SINGLE email and question I had throughout this process. (There were a lot of emails) I definitely felt like I was in good hands!

Edited to shorten: I signed a contract with this firm in 2017 or 2018. I was confident in their abilities when we spoke over the phone prior to my first consultation with them. After signing the contract, they dodged my calls, they misled me about what was going on, and wouldn’t tell me the actual settlement amount. An assistant slipped up and told me the amount one day but wouldn’t tell me what my portion of the settlement was. These people are dishonest. My attorney was Jody D Leak. I made a complaint to the bar about him when everything was over. If you want good representation, don’t look for it here.

When researching and asking around who was the best to represent me there is only one answer that kept coming back, Savannah Stroud. Savannah and the paralegal on my case communicated efficiently, worked diligently, and won me a favorable outcome. I know, regardless of your case, that Savannah and her coworkers will get you the best possible outcome for your case, like they have for countless others and myself.

I had a wonderful caring team. Mr. Steve Walden was my Attorney, and Mrs. Jami Nance was his Legal Assistant. My case was professionally executed. Together,they were so very patient with me. I was taken care of with their looking ahead for my wellbeing. I didn't worry, I didn't have to. I could feel their sincerity . I wasn't promised anything or any special outcome. I will return to this firm again. For Mr. Walden to accept my case and to look me in the eye and say to me " you come first " came from a Special Person. I thank you both so very much for caring and not giving up on me.

Very happy with the whole process of working with this agency. Knowledge of my case and needs, very responsive to questions and concerns. Multiple personal on site to support client needs which also reduces over all costs! Highly knowledgeable about military issues too!

Failed me with an inportant case

Laura is amazing she took care of my case without me even going to court and gotten a dismissal. She updated me on any changes and she set up an affordable payment arrangement that fits my budget. She is awesome i do recommend the Carlson law firm.

I had a personal injury case and Tim was the attorney. Gerry, the paralegal on my case, did an amazing job. They both kept me well informed and made sure I understood the process. Hopefully I wont need the services in the future but if I do I absolutely will return to them. If you want compassionate people, you will find them here!
