I have worked with employees in this firm. David Williams has excellent customer service and genuinely cares about his clients. This firm as a whole has a high level of professionalism and support. They take care of their clients.

I was involved in a Hit and Run Accident in which I was hit twice from behind! It is so unfortunate that the young man that hit me did not wait around to see if I was okay! The Carlson Law firm, under the Attorney Mr Scott Crivelli took my case and immediately got me on the path to treatment. They refferred me for MRI's, therapy and Chiropractic services in which they covered the upfront costs until damages were awarded! Ms Jennifer Campos the Liason as Office Manager took over at the helm to ensure that the Insurance company followed through with a timely resolution for damages awarded me. Mr Crivelli, was genuinely concerned that I and my husbands concerns were addressed fully. He took time with us to ensure Great Customer Satisfaction! My husband and daughter were involved in a rear end vehicle collision. The Carlson Law Firm has done a great job with the insurance company of the at fault driver. The insurance company has been less than cooperative, putting it mildly, but I have not had to deal with them at all. Everything has been taken care of for us by our legal assistant, Monica, and our attorney, Scott Crivelli. They have done a great job for us and I am glad they were able to take our case. I am not sure what we would have done without them. I have and will always recommend the Carlson Law Firm for legal services.

Calling on Carlson law firm is absolutely the WORST mistake my family has ever made! Totally a waist of 1 yr n 6 months! They deserve Half a star!

I retained Carlson in a personal injury case, my whole experience was a night mare until I fired them and went to another attorney who quickly settled the matter for the maximum insurance would pay. when I confronted the attorney at Carlson I was told they had so many cases they were over whelmed and there was nothing special about my case and sure I could go to another firm but they were going to put a lean against my case for payment of their fees. my new attorney questioned their fees based on the files he received from their office and work they claimed they had done. Mysteriously their request for payment disappeared.

Charged over 10 grand, $10,000 for a custody case that went to court for a total of one hour, never once objected in the court room, never once brought up anything in my favor, never did anything but show up. Not only the above but I had 3 people handle my case, they decided to assign me the pregnant lawyer who went on maternity leave shortly after my case went to court, then whoever was supposed to fill in never did anything until I kept harassing them by calling on the phone, which they charged me for, then they have proceeded to state that they still have not finalized anything and that I owe them another $2,600. Horrible!

My father recently updated several of his legal documents through Vicki Carlson at The Carlson Law Firm. I highly recommend this firm and Vicki in particular. She is warm and friendly, and she put my father at ease throughout the process. She competently discussed his options with him and made certain he understood every part of each document. The receptionist always greeted him and offered him refreshments. He never had to wait more than a few minutes past his appointment times. The office was clean and tastefully appointed. The staff was dressed professionally.

I been going through some though financial times after taking in my niece and nephew upon on my on 4 children and wife. Since 2011 times started to get harder and harder with finances.
