He and his staff went the extra mile on my case which resulted in a dismissal. Hope I never need him again but I’d hire again in a heartbeat.

Extremely Professional and up front about it all. Spent 2 1/2 years on my case and not once did Mr. Krieger budge or venture from the desired outcome of winning my case. We were offered a terrible deal and he immediately turned it down and kept fighting and at the end of it we won. If you want a lawyer who is reasonable, personable and just hands down good at what he does then this is your lawyer. The other thing I took note of was when he walked in the court room other attorneys sought him out to speak with him or discuss different things, in my book that speaks volumes to Mr. Krieger’s character and professionalism. If you want to win then choose Dan Krieger!!

Multiple DWI convictions? No problem. Did your BAC come back over legal limit? No problem!! When you retain an attorney you tend to worry but when you retain Dan Kreiger, you should know youre with one of the best there is. His legal team has everything handled from there. Julie will notify you when to show up but the case is handled. It may seem like they arent picking up the phone but how do you expect them to pick up the phone when they are busy fighting for your life and working multiple cases!!! Mr. Kreiger has a background in the justice system aside from being a prominent defense attorney he served as law enforcement. He is well liked and respected among his peers in Galveston County. Please do not let his calm demeanor fool you. He is a trial attorney through and through. He is an incredible man. Thank you to his entire legal team. Verdict: Not guilty

Seems the attention to detail for the firm is gone. Spends more time in the bars now in and around Texas City, League City and Kemah than in court. Not just alcohol thats the problem. Stories of meeting young ladies daily behind his wifes back that detract from the case that should be their focus. Divorce cases with them wouldnt seem right, neither would DUI’s You kind of get what you pay for I guess though here

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. The care, guidance, and determination of Mr. Dan and his team to not only make my case process as seamless as possible but to also get the best justice for me is incomparable! My case was dismissed before I even had to show up in court. Again I never even got put on probation. I was on bond meanwhile Mr. Dan was doing everything in his power to get this case dismissed and sure enough he got the job done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else who gets in a bind than Mr. Dan Krieger! I also have to give big credit to Ms. Julie who went above and beyond to be so helpful in this troubling time for me. Attorney Dan Krieger was very professional and dependable. He was also very knowledgeable about the laws and regulations pertaining to my case. Mr Krieger was unbelievably aggressive towards the judges and prosecutors, challenging every piece of evidence that they presented against me. I am so hard to deal with from all the demands I fight. I have mental problems, anxiety, PTSD, alcoholism I've even had mental relapses that ended me up in the mental ward. Dan has empathy, I just want the world to have more empathy. I'm working on being a step in the direction of empathy.
