I had a wonderful experience with Dan and his staff. They were caring and compassionate. I got charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon and he got it DISMISSED!!!! This was a difficult situation in my life and he and his staff helped me through it. I would highly recommend hiring Dan to anyone.

I had a very good experience with Krieger & Ongert during my divorce. Kindel Jenkins was extremely responsive and great to work with. She was very personable and empathetic which is really needed in during a time like this. Kathy Ongert was only involved when additional explanation was required and I truly appreciated her professional and understanding of the entire process. I felt like they really cared in my case. I would recommend the firm to anyone going through a divorce. The online software "MyCase" was brilliant and helped communication quite a bit. Thanks for all you did in helping me move on to my next chapter in life. The only concerns I have are with the mediation process. The mediator was not very efficient or personable. If I was a betting man I would say that he was dragging the proceedings on so that the attorneys could billed for the 4 hours the process was scheduled for. I hope to never meet this individual again. Thanks for everything you did for me including the Holiday gift. Very surprised and is always helpful during the Holidays.

Dan and his staff pulled a miracle off with my cases. I was charged with two felony cases, scared, and afraid I was going to lose everything. It took some time and a lot of work, but both of my cases were totally dismissed. He fights for his clients.

I researched several attorneys before going with Dan. I'm glad I met with him. Within 5 minutes of meeting him, he had asked more questions than most of the other lawyers that I had met with. His experience and calmness made me far more at ease. His approach to the case was detailed and he was able to get it dismissed, which was far different than what I thought was going to happen.
