Bill Neal is experienced enough to understand the complexities of a highly contested custody situation. He has the ability to see through the weeds and get to the heart of the matter which is the best interest of the children. My two daughters were in a situation that literally put their lives at risk. Bill understood this and fought hard to keep them alive and brought them back home where they are happy and thriving once again. My children want to live now.
