Great legal help

I just finalized a mediation with this firm and I highly recommend them to anyone going through a divorce. Professional, dedicated, and diligent in everything they do from the first meeting to the final mediation. There is no denying the trust that I felt with them on my side. Julian along with Paul Wright handled a contested probate of my aunt's estate. The case was somewhat complicated given people from multiple states were involved. I knew little about the probate process when we went into this, Julian kept us well informed as to the status, process, answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. He was very professional throughout and a true pleasure to work with. The case recently concluded and I believe we achieved the best possible outcome under the circumstances. I would hope not to need an attorney again in Texas but if I did, Julian, Paul, and the Wright Firm would be my first choice. You will not be disappointed.

My sisters and I had just lost our Mother from a very brief fight with Cancer. We were emotional wrecks, we were sad, and distressed, and did not know who to turn to, but, we had a will that my Mother wanted us to use. She was divorcing my Father and wanted to make sure that we were going to get some inheritance. Enter the contest of the wills. Much needed to be done for our Mother's will to get acknowledged as a valid will, but we put our trust in the Neal Ashmore law firm and we were not disappointed....ever, and it was a very complex case. We did not have to call, email, or keep track of every single little thing because, this is the professionalism that the Neal Ashmore Family Law Group gives to their clients. They do it for you. We did not have to worry, because they took that burden on themselves, and just gave us the information that we needed to make difficult decisions. Having had to deal with several lawyers in the past, I can tell you from personal experience that the Neal Ashmore Law Group is the group that you want. If you want your case handled promptly, professionally and in a timely manner from case beginning to end, these guys don't drag things out, and they most certainly do not play around. Neal Ashmore Family Law Group, helped in ways you can't imagine. They were stone cold hard when needed in front of opposing, and kind when opposing went back to their own corner. And so, after it was all over and the final documents had been signed, I cried on the way home, justice had been served, and I could now say that one of my Mother's last wishes was honored, and honored well, because the Neal Ashmore Family Law Group saw to it that it was. Attorney Julian Kehler was eager to help me to bring a dispute over settlement check with insurance company to closure. He made every effort to recover my money. Within 2 weeks Mr. Kehler recovered my check, which I was trying to do on my own for several months. He took my issue seriously and made every effort to resolve what had been a long ordeal. Mr. Kehler is the best attorney I consulted with, ever. In case I need legal help in the future, there is no doubt that I will choose Mr. Kehler again.

Mr. Kehler took the lead in a case where I was the defendant in a civil case. Every step of the way, when court documents or other information were required or there were new developments in the case, Mr. Kehler communicated with me. He was excellent at following up and gently "reminding me" that there were specific deadlines for completing certain court documents ( I am not the best when it comes to getting paperwork done). He was extremely professional and committed to doing everything in his power to get the case dismissed. He and my legal team were ultimately successful in getting my case dismissed. I could not have been happier with the representation I received and would not hesitate to hire Mr. Kehler and his firm again. I am so grateful for their help.
