I have been with monsour for about two years. My case is minimal and it still hasn't been finalized. I know covid has upset the normal processes but even sick people still have to live and pay bills. Notln communications hurt when you're expecting a call and no one from the office responds. Yes I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving.
I had a surprise call from Christine. The case just now closed and it was for more than previously anticipated. I thank her for the call and my outlook for the firm is highly appreciated for doing a great job.
