I regret letting them represent me.. customer service is terrible. I started out out with Bryan representing me then some how someone name Christiania ended up handling my case. I wasn’t informed and that really confused me. Then Christiania receptionist kept saying she was in a “conference meeting” EVERY time I called and would return my call weeks later. She treated myself & my case as if I wasnt important. She spoke to me rudely and rushed me off the phone several times. Updates were off, she made decisions for me instead of letting me chose what action I wanted to take with the insurance company. I total my car and decided to let this company represent me since I wasn’t in fault by the police report. I was the driver, my mother on the passenger side. The company ended up getting me less than my mother and only negotiated with the company one time and they made the decision for me when I wanted to keep negotiating Christiania told me that she had already settled and a check was sent to me. No one informed me on the decision the company did without asking me! Overall my mother “the passenger” ended up getting back way more than me, luckily it was enough to cover her medical bills. She used MORRIS BART he helped her a lot I just wish I did the same. This was my first experience with this situation and if you don’t know what’s going on they won’t explain it very will, they leave you in the dark to guess what’s going on. Good luck! I don’t recommend this company!

No update and they will talk to you like trash. Run away from this law firm.

You know I know every lawyer cant help everyone but they helped me when the insurance company would not pay - they stuck out my lawsuit and got every cent from the insurance ..those of you posting negative comments when they could not help is not fair
