When reaching out to the offices or Loncar Lyon Jenkins, I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Medina, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the outset, Jessica exuded professionalism, making me feel confident in her abilities to handle my legal matters. What stood out most was Jessica's understanding nature. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations every step of the way. Her proactive approach meant that she anticipated my needs before I even had to voice them, which eased a lot of my worries. Throughout our interactions, Jessica remained consistently attentive to detail, ensuring that no aspect of my case was overlooked. Her dedication to delivering exceptional service was evident in everything she did.

Honestly I wish I could put half a star. Loncar Has made this the most difficult process. The insurance company made it a easier process then my Attorney did. I mean there was no communication AT ALL!! Patricia Gonzales has the worst communication skills. I talked to her one time out of the 3 months. After I reached out to her Multiple times. I settled because of the lack of communication and that one time I did talk to her She was very rude and not helpful at all. I would be embarrassed to even try to carry the Loncar name after the experience I had with them. I’m just being honest I WILL NEVER USE LONCAR AGAIN. That’s a promise y’all have to do better as a company. No where near Professional!! And I still have to pay them for basically ignoring me. Too the point I can’t even cash the checks because of the lack of communication. That’s Crazy. Loncar is waisted Time. Y’all always saying these reviews are fake. This that and the other. You have a lady named Patricia Gonzalez in your Dallas office!!!!!! So please stop lying to people just to make your company look good when y’all treat people like trash and still expect to be paid. Grow up and fix your law firm and you don’t have to worry about these kind of reviews thank you have a good day

Isn't thorough makes an extreme amount of mistakes on cases jumps the gun in representing people and then not representing them a week later.
