Brain Loncar & Associates are the worst group of lawyers ever & their Secretary is a joke she is the worst she doesn't know how to spell it's just ridiculous hello ever heard of spell checker sweetheart!! I will never go with them ever again!!! This law firm is a joke!!!!

Would NOT recommend! Communication was very poor. I feel they were not knowledgeable about my case. In the beginning many promises were made, however, I felt like I was strung along and put on the back burner. I was not satisfied about any aspect of my case, especially about my small settlement. I should have settled on my own. Please make sure and do your homework before you decide. Don't make the same mistake I did!

In 2014 my son was injured after being placed during naptime under a very heavy cabinet at his daycare. The cabinet collapsed and fell on top of him, causing life threatening injuries. It was a horrible ordeal. I am thankful every day for the representation that loncar and associates provided us. They really cared about my son and fought for a very fair settlement. I would 100% recommend them.
