The entire staff at GVI is excellent, both as individuals and as a team. Staff we encountered at every level were universally kind and attentive. Everyone seemed to know who we were and what our meetings were about, which is impressive considering their practice's high volume. As small business owners, we were very impressed with their operation. Their offices are spacious and lovely, which might not seem terribly important until you realize how much anxiety and worry their clients are facing. And they're really easy to find with parking right out front every time we were there. While the entire staff at Glasheen, Valles, and Inderman is wonderful, we worked most closely with our adjuster, Carrie, who took amazing care of us when we needed it most. Knowledgeable and thorough, I never felt she was rushing me or any part of the process, yet we got our settlement months earlier than we thought possible. I was a complete mess right after our accident, but Carrie worked really closely with my husband so I could focus on my recovery. We really appreciated the way she walked us through all the steps with great explanations. I'd never been in a bad wreck before, so I had no idea I would feel so emotional and vulnerable. Carrie really cared for me as a whole person, and would frequently check in just to see how I was doing and keep me updated. I had no idea emotional support was part of the services provided by quality personal injury lawyers and staff, but now I can't imagine having to get through the whole mess without it! I really felt that I could just relax a bit and count on Carrie and the rest of the team at GVI to take care of me.

Both Mary Ellen and Noe helped make the process significantly easier. My family and I were in a rear-end car accident, that injured my mom's shoulder. This law firm helped us from beginning to end by helping facilitate doctors appointments, taking the time to explain the details of the case, patiently answering all of our questions, and helping with all the medical paperwork. I would definitely recommend Glasheen, Valles, and Inderman law firm. My family and I were in a car accident in March 2016, I had no idea on what to do or where to start. I just gave them a call and they came all the way from Lubbock, Texas all the way to Abilene, Texas to talk to me because I wasnt able to travel due to an injury I had from the car accident. They took care of everything for us. The only thing I had to do was to recover and take care of my family and they took care of the rest. They dont just see you as a client, they treat you like family and they work hard and do everything they can so you can get what you deserve, mainly if the accident wasn't your fault.
