Mary Ellen is great and the law firm is awesome!!!!

Maryellen did a very good job with my case

They were wonderful. They walked me through the process and explained things in a way I could understand. Once I hired them, that was it. I put everything in their hands and they took care of it. They worked really hard to get me the money I deserved.

This is the third time we have used Noe Valles and they are awesome, they take care of you as soon as you set meetings with them, i would definitely suggest them for any accident related cases, and Victor Gamez was very attentive and would tell us every update and keep us in the loop, hopefully we never have to use them again, but if we did we wouldn't hesitate

In the unfortunate event that you are ever needing a personal injury attorney, I would definitely recommend Glasheen, Valles & Inderman. They represented our family after a devastating automobile accident, and it was the best decision that we could have made. Our main focus at the time was my sister who was hospitalized due to the accident, and our lawyers handled everything on our behalf, and in our best interest. Throughout the entire process they helped us out with anything that we needed, and were very sincere in handling our case and doing all they could to ensure that my sister was well taken care of. They never made us feel as if we were a bother, instead took the time to visit with us and to make sure that all of our questions were answered and we understood what was going on. The entire staff was friendly and always made us feel welcomed when we visited the office, or were quick to return a call or take care of any business that we needed taken care of. I would greatly recommend the Glasheen, Valles & Inderman law office if you are ever in need of legal representation, and am thankful that they were there to help us during our time of need. The law firm of Glasheen, Valles and Inderman did a very good job for me and my family. I have previously worked at a law firm for 15 years so I am somewhat aware of how I feel things should run. Communication with your clients is must. Dealing with the aftermath of a horrible automobile accident is very difficult and that is putting it lightly. There are really no words. Our son, who has previous medical problems (74 surgeries so far and waiting on appt. date at Mayo Clinic for his 75th) and is also mentally handicapped, ended up with 2 broken legs and damage to his already homemade esophagus. Mary Ellen Perez and Noe Valles came to our home when we got back to town 10 days after our accident in Port Aransas and hospital stay in Corpus Christi. From our visit on that day to the date of settlement (which I don't know if they looked, but is exactly 7 months ago today) they stood by their word. Mary Ellen was great with her response time to my too numerous messages! I would message at night because that would be the first minute of the day I even had a chance, expecting only for her to see it the next morning when she arrived at work, but keeping me from trying to remember and take time to message the next day. Mornings were really busy caring for our son as he was in a wheelchair and not able to do anything on his own, I was so beat up that every step I would scream in pain, and my husband taking care of both of us. So, to make a long story longer . . . . Mary Ellen would surprise me with response after hours when she should have been with her family and not still trying to take care of mine. I feel like the management of our case and the response time for settlement deserves the 5 stars plus, especially knowing what we were dealing with on the other side with the "insurance man" who is no longer in that position. The case would have been settled sooner if not for him. There is no amount of money that can take the pain away of watching your son suffer more than what I was used to and now more than necessary after such an accident, but with taking my emotions out of the picture, the negotiated settlement was as good as what could have been expected. I am very glad I called them after our auto accident, because it left me to worry about my family and not have to worry about insurance and paperwork. It was well worth it. Thank you Mary Ellen and Noe for everything you did. Mary Ellen you deserve a big raise and vacation for putting up with me! Thank you again! Put your feet in the sand for me!

The firm of Glasheen,Valles & Inderman are very reliable and they did what they said they would do . Jason Medina made sure we got the best medical help available. Mr.Medina was always there to answer any question/s I had. I appreciate what was done for me and thank the firm as well as Debbie Darnell who always made sure I was informed about my case. If anyone is ever involved in an accident I recommend their firm ,because they have the personal that has the experience, resources and knowledge to fight for your legal rights.
