If you want to know anything about any of the lawyers don't read this comment. This has everything to do with the office staff and beginning a case with them. I don't know whether the woman I spoke to was having a bad day or what: which is why I'm giving her two stars instead of one. Today, I was looking for an attorney for my case, and there was a conflict of interest with the attorney I chose. They recommended me to Tatum law office which they spoke very highly of. I called and asked one secretary if there was any conflict of interest and whether they did initial consultations over the phone because I live a pretty far distance away from the office. Another very rude secretary takes the phone away and said that I would have to schedule an appointment and physically come to the office. I explained my situation that the other law office wasn't even on my papers, but somehow they had a conflict of interest. She proceeded to continue yelling at me. She told me how she wouldn't give any legal advice over the phone and the lawyers would only talk to me if I scheduled an appointment and put money in their hands. Why would I spend money just to know whether there is a conflict of interest? I wasn't treated fairly at all!

Luann is working on a case for my family and I and you couldn't ask for a more determined and likeable person than her. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication. Your awesome...
