The females that answer the phone sound like they just came back from downtown!. Loud, disrespectful, Which tells me they're not educated in professionalism and they're definitely not intelligent.The first girl you could barely hear her and she literally transferred me in the middle of me answering her questions. I don't wish any customer to be spoken to by "Lisa" she will not let you finish your sentence, huffing and puffing while you're trying to explain yourself, and no phone etiquette whatsoever. They both sound like they should be working at a club or bar. I don't think she likes her job at all. I have the recorded phone call between your office and I incase either female tries to lie about the interaction. Hire people who actually want a job. Trash 💯

If I could choose to rate this place 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place. Won't answer calls. They have my settlement money and won't pay my medical bills. It has been over a year since my accident. Eric zamora isn't ever in the office and won't be able to settle anything until he is in. Now my only solution is court to get a response and my medical bills paid. I have been robbed.

I need a personal lawyer. Here in McAllen Texas. As well as a big time later to take on a huge lawsuit. Any recommendations??
