Attorney Juan Zamora and his staff handled my legal battle with the utmost professionalism. Attorney Juan Zamora explained the legal battle completely to me and provided me with every possible outcome. My traffic accident was one of the most devastating situations I had ever encountered, because my children were involved. He tells you as it is, and not what you want to hear and I admired that about him. He provided me with a plan A and a plan B and that to me was very important. He took my case on in 2023 and not once did I feel as if he was never being upfront with me. At our initial consultation he said “It’s going to be a tuff battle, but I am sure I can can get you a positive outcome, if you let me represent you” And sure enough he won. What did I learn from all of this, never go up against the insurance companies without an attorney. And if you’re going to hire one, make sure he’s a Marine, because they never stop fighting. I can't recommend Ms. Tina enough! She was phenomenal at managing my case to repair my vehicle after our car accident. She communicated with me almost on a daily basis, called every so often to keep me updated, which I appreciated SO MUCH! She was very professional and informative; and answered all of my questions. Her customer service is 10/10! Thank you, Ms. Tina, you're the best!
