I understand that my case was not the best in any way shape or form and although I appreciate their help and understanding, it was truly mind boggling the amount of trouble we went through to get any response from them, a letter of disengagement and their respond to why we were not represented was even worse. I waited months to get a letter of disengagement, I had also called to see if there were any advances in the case only to find out the case had been dropped a few weeks back.
