Anyone needing a GREAT attorney, Gene is the man. I, first hired a supposedly bigger firm and I got no response from them. Numerous calls to them and still nothing. I called Gene and he made things happen quickly. I didn't have to make calls to find out about what was going on because, Gene, called me with updates daily. I was concerned about what would come of my court case but knowing Alex was working it put me at ease. He worked for 2 years on my case that ultimately ended in a dismissal. As soon as the case was dismissed Alex imeadity started work on getting it expunged. Obviously every case is different and no one can guarantee what the court will do, but if you want knowledgeable representation fighting in your corner, I would highly suggest you hire Alex. Or don't, but then don't blame me.

i highly recommend MR. Sera. I have had several court appointed attorneys in Massachusetts and regular paid attorneys and not one of them came close to as helpful as Gene. He went above and beyond what i normally expect from a court appointed attorney. I know if i am ever back in tx and need a attorney again even if its not court appointed i would pay to hire him. He made it so i did not have to fly down to texas to get everything resolved. He went and got all paperwork i needed got it certified and mailed it up to me. He actually call and check in with me regularly make sure i didnt need anything else. you cannot go wrong with hiring Mr sera and his assistant debbie!

Gene helped keep my nerves calm about this whole process. He helped with not only my criminal case but ALL the grey area of my civil case with my daughter.
