He was very generous with his time in a phone consultation. Didn’t pressure me to hire him, was honest with me and did some research to make the situation more clear. All other attorneys I called did not take the care he did. I didn’t hire an attorney but if I have a need Gene Sera is who I will call.

I think the first thing that stood out to me about Gene was how empathetic he was to my situation the first time we spoke. This is my first DWI and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. I was scared and had a lot of anxiety about the whole thing. Gene took his time and explained everything to me. After our conversation. I felt much ease and comfort. I had an amazing experience using Attorney Hugh. I was unaware of a Identity theft indictment case over 10 years ago. Got arrested, post bond. 30 days later Attorney Hugh filed a motion of dismissal. We went before the judge for maybe 5 minutes, case dismissed. I've shared this experience with several people whom stated I had a good Attorney which I agree. More importantly, considering I don't know anything about criminal activities, Attorney Hugh communicated with me regularly, keep me informed what his intentions were in reference to getting this resolved. Mr. Sera was court appointed to represent my daughter almost two years ago. From day one he was always very professional, straight forward and always provided every option and took the time to answer questions. My daughter wasn't the easiest to deal with however, he was extremely patient and very compassionate. He never gave up on her and was able to get her a great plea deal. Unfortunately, she once again needed another court appointed attorney and thank "GOD" he was appointed to represent her on the new matter.
