Awesome attorney, I will be honest. Mr Sera was my daughter court appointed attorney and I thought paying an attorney would work better for my daughter. Long story short that was not the case. The attorney that I paid I ended up having to fire and it was the best thing I could have done. Mr Sera did a great job with my daughters case and I was very pleased with the results.

He was impressively calm and able to very appropriately redirect me in my state of panic to get a thorough account of the details needed. We needed an attorney on a Saturday morning for a DUI. After calling multiple attorneys and leaving messages everywhere, Mr. Sera returned our voicemail immediately and helped us. I didn’t have to deal with middle persons and paralegal, I got to speak with Gene directly and we talked us through the process. If it wasn’t for him, my dad would’ve had to probably spend all weekend in a small town jail. Great attorney for your Collin County needs!
