I hired Gene back in 2017 to handle my felony possession case based off a recommendation from a friend who had worked with him. From day one he cared and handled my case with vigor. He was very knowledgeable and offered many solutions/pathways I could take. He handled my court meetings with ease, I didn’t even have to go in the room! He was always very understanding, listened to what I needed, and continued to strive for the best outcome in my case. He got me early release from probation this year. Gene was court appointed to me on a marijuana charge in which he was always there for me with answers to my questions and eventually got the charge dropped to a class c misdemeanor. Later I had another charge in which my attorney did not really seem to care at all. Gene answered my calls and gave me advice and support without me paying him anything. He absolutely made my mistakes in life manageable and gave me the comfort to do what I had to do to make my life better while he walked with me through it. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this man and the things he has done in my life.

I was arrested for domestic violence charges and Gene helped me get the bail on same day (Sunday). The strange thing about the arrest is that I called the cops to inform them about the domestic disturbance at my home. I was arrested wrongfully and Gene made sure to take care of the case. The case was never filed by DA's office though. Through out the process, Gene was very helpful and gave me the moral & legal support when needed. One of the worse lawyers I have ever hired

Gene did nothing for my case he acted like he didnt care from the very beginning i had a case for family violence last year all he would say is "as long as the state is not going to do nothing im not going to do anything" he didnt have a plan when we to trial either the only reason why my case came out to mistrial is because i gathered up all the evidence and i had a plan the only thing gene did was help my charge get lowered if you hire him for a family violence case make sure you get everything in writing and its notarized

Needed help with our son's legal issues so after calling and meeting many attorneys we decided that Gene was the most down to earth, honest and experienced representative we found. He worked with our sons pay schedule. He walked us through what would likely happen and that's just how it went. While he was always able to be contacted we hope not to need his service again .
