Easy to find location with a wonderfully appointed office that is full of helpful and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere with a modern decor that places you at ease. Kept clean and neat. We were greeted by a friendly and warm receptionist and were even invited back into Taylor's office before our scheduled appointment time. Once with Taylor, he thoroughly reviewed our needs with us, offering tips and pointers where necessary. Further, as I don't personally know all the ins and outs of estate planning and the like, Taylor was more than kind and patient with our questions and hesitant answers at times. Excellently professional, cognizant of your own busy life, and full of experience, we will be turning to Willingham first for our all of life planning needs from here on out. Wonderful law office with exceptional people.

The Willingham Law Firm helped us create our trust. They are fantastic. I had been putting this task off for many years because I was expecting it to take a lot of time, but they made the process seem so easy. They were very thorough and efficient. Friendly staff answered all of our questions and explained legal terms in a manner that a non-legal person could understand. And best of all they are very affordable. They accept legal insurance provider, ARAG.

Mr. Willingham and his professional team helped us refresh our wills and related documents. They were efficient and accommodated our schedule for meeting times. When we returned for signing, we first went through everything on a large wall-mounted screen. It was easy to make adjustments. The documents were organized into binders. The Everplans site they give access to includes scans of the documents, and is intended to be easy both for clients and eventually executors. Highly recommend this firm.
