My wife and I used The Willingham Law Firm to update our estate planning documents recently. Taylor and his team made this process very easy, needing only two short visits to complete. His knowledge in this area is very evident, as he quickly asked all the right questions to determine where there could be complexity in our needs in order to direct us to the right plan. Taylor is also the author of a few books in different focus areas of estate planning that are easy reads and do a great job of explaining the importance and challenges of getting this done right. Taylor's office team was very professional, friendly and efficient. His office location in McKinney is also easily accessible from Plano or anywhere in the northern suburbs near SH121. All-in-all, we were very pleased with our work with the firm and will use them as needed ongoing for review and changes in our estate plans.

We went to The Willingham Law Firm to discuss probate issues following our son's passing. Attorney Taylor Willingham assisted us. He never rushed us throughout our initial consultations. Best of all, he recommended an alternative to a full probate given the small size of our son's estate. A full probate would take 3 times longer to process and about 3.5 times more expensive. Even though a streamlined probate earned him much less, he put his client's interest ahead of his..I strongly recommend him for your estate planning needs. His staff was professional too.
