Fantastic experience with a very professional team. Right from the front office to the whole team. Answered all my questions and got the Will & Trust created in quick time.

The staff at this office is top notch. Professional, prompt and courteous all describe this group during my appointments. Taylor Willingham was able to quickly answer my questions and set my mind at ease with regard to my will and trust. 10 out of 10 recommend this office and will do business with them again if and when I need them!

Worst experience with the attorney we met. We scheduled and confirmed an appt. with Taylor Willingham, the owner of this law firm. However, when we arrived we were assigned another attorney. We asked why and were told Taylor was booked solid and still with another client which was unprofessional and confusing when we confirmed just 3 hours prior. Nonetheless we proceeded with the assigned attorney but she rushed us, was condescending in her questions, and she was impatient. I quickly realized this was not going to work out to which she replied, “I know. You wanted Taylor and you got me. I HAVE THREE DEGREES!”. Her qualifications had nothing to do with it - it was her attitude and rude behavior. She didn’t like us asking why we were not seeing Taylor and took it very personal. Maybe our estate/trust wasn’t worth Taylor’s time, but they didn’t have the professionalism to explain what was happening. Instead we got treated so badly for asking for the attorney we requested. Whatever the reason, this is not the type of firm we would want to assist us with any legal matters or estate/trust needs.

It was time to redo my will and I decided to have documents to cover my estate and medical care drawn up. My meeting with Taylor was great and he provided me sage advice over how I needed to proceed. All the work was completed quickly and with little effort on my part. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend the Willingham Law Firm.

I've been procrastinating getting a will drawn up for several years. The fact that I was going out of the country forced me to take action. I called Willingham Law Firm, explained my needs and they were kind enough to make an appointment quickly for me. The process was fast yet thorough with plenty of explanations. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Yes, I will go again whenever I need some "law" advice.

The staff is really helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone who needs any estate planning, probate or Medicaid help.
