I needed to get my SSDI and knew I wasn't going to get it done correctly myself. Mark and Natalie did a great job of not only getting the job done but explaining to me the process in a way I can understand. Over the last 2 years I have had multiple dealings with the ULO that have involved my family. Mark, Natalie, Claudia & all of the staff have proven to be courteous, considerate, proficient, and most of all effective. They have consistently set a realistic bar and then overachieved for us.
