The legal world is not what you expect, and most of us expect it to work like what we've seen on TV. In all reality, the American court system is whatever a judge wants it to be on any given day. I interviewed and talked with about four different lawyers and none of them actually listened and offered a thoughtful approach as Mark Underwood did. When you are going through the legal system, it is very unnerving And jarring, and Mark and his staff were very kind and understanding at every turn.

They help my brother out. Austin did most of the work from what I could tell from the outside.... Austin exhibited exceptional representation during the hearing. Office staff was always friendly, professional, and honest - even thought I did not always agree with their response(s). Their representation fee was a little high (MY opinion); but, they did not have any hidden fees or agendas.
