First of all, if you’re looking for a lawyer and reading reviews, then you are currently going through something difficult and challenging, so you have my sympathies. It has been an incredible relief and a tremendous grace to have been led to Katy Stallings at Ward &Meyer, especially after all of the lawyers I spoke with before her. My children and I have had to face difficulties lately that I wouldn’t wish upon an enemy. It’s hard to write this without tearing up, but I do not have the words to adequately express how thankful I am to have Katy fighting for us. She is so very kind, with impeccable integrity, and she’s compassionate, and she truly is as sharp as they come. What has impressed me the most about Katy is how defensive she has been regarding my daughter. Katy has defended my daughter as though she were her own daughter. If you are in the unfortunate circumstance of needing to seek the services of a lawyer, if you are out of your depth and need help protecting those you love the most in this world, then I would highly exhort you to employ Katy Stallings of Ward & Meyer. She is truly a blessing, and she is a sword and a shield. It’s frightening to think of what my family and I would be facing without her. To simply say “thank you, Katy” would be wholly inadequate, but thank you Katy, nonetheless.

We had Katy, we were really hopeful at first thinking she was stern, but that’s a good thing. Turns out that’s not the case, she was just rude. She just didn’t really care about our case and just wanted to use up our retainer already. We tried to warn her there’d be a fight and asked to prepare our case (coming prepared), but she told us no it’d be fine and showed up to court with nothing, then we lost! It was devastating and we now feel lost and hopeless, she also didn’t even want to try again.

Ward & Myers LLP gets 10 stars from me, Katy Stallings and her team are amazing. Katy is a fair, organized, no nonsense attorney who gets to the point. If you need a family law attorney, I recommend her 100%.

Worst experience! Katy is rude and just doesn’t care. If you are looking for a good family lawyer this place isn’t it.

Katy handled my child custody case amazingly. Not only was she nice, but she was straight with me and she didn't sugar coat anything. She informed me of what could happen, and what had to be done. She always answered my emails/ calls any time I had questions or didn't understand something. There was never a moment when I didn't know what was going to happen. I was always up to date with the progress of my case. That made me confident through the entire process. Everything worked out great! Because of her I was able to get my son back and I'm Extremely grateful.

Hired Katy Stallings and she withdrew from my case after giving her 6600 she wanted another 5k she could have waited after divorce was over to get her money. She never communicated with me and was rude never allowed me to speak my case if she only knew what I was going through maybe she would have helped me. Seems to me lawyers are not here to help anymore most of them are about money. She never got our business audited and for me to get paid correctly from my soon to be ex. I do not recommend her.

Charles/Kara and their team are great! They didn’t let me down through one of the hardest battles I’ve gone through. They are dedicated and compassionate about what they do!
