If charles is your attorney turn and run immediately. Multiple problems with their system and trying to get ahold of them is near impossible. I missed two court dates that I later had to pay failure to appear fees for. I had to drop him after my second court date missed and had to find a different attorney within a couple weeks of my court date. After 7 months with him representing me I had met him once and that’s when he was walking out the door when I had a meeting scheduled with him and ended up meeting with his assistant instead. Would highly not recommend this firm or this attorney

I had a healthy dose of skepticism before my consultation with Katy but to date all I can say if you wish a blunt and no nonsense attorney, then look no further than Katy. She accommodated my situation and I had zoom on my court date, provided concise directions to what’s needed. Trust her judgement and let her do the fighting, you won’t regret. I have not stepped foot in their office, only doing consultation via email/phone and it has been seamless.
