We had the best experience with this firm. Everyone is extremely helpful, responsive, and they genuinely want the best for their clients. I’d recommend them over and over!

So I’ve been dealing with my case since Aug. 2019 when this law firm was called Soileau Law Firm and had a different number which I didn’t even know or get reached from anyone working at the law firm to be informed. I had to call around to find the new phone number. No one really reached out to me regarding my case (my case manager), If I called (and still call) I either didn’t/ don’t get an answer and get sent to voicemail or someone will answer and say they will return my call and no one will call me back. Recently my case was transferred to other lawyers and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME to update me on my case, not the law firm I originally was with or the new one I was transferred too. I called them (the new law firm I was transferred too) and still NO ONE will answer or respond to any of my calls/ questions. It’s upsetting how unprofessional everyone is. It’s just sad how they were so quick to get my case and not quick enough to try to handle it or stay in touch to make sure i was satisfied with their service.

Love this firm and the people there, Ever was such a pleasure. My case was handled positively and had a great out come! Will definitely be referring more people that way!
