I will avoid this law office at any cost, they will take your money and drain your account and your case will not go anywhere. I'm very very disappointed

My brother was dealing with a very complicated case, and his attorneys were and still are very gracious, knowledgeable, and hardworking to support him, his family, and our extended family. We could not have dealt with a better team of people. They truly care about what is best for their client and any children involved. They are communicative and timely with everything. They fight the good fight, and they fight HARD. If you find yourself in the tough situation of divorce or other matters, Jim and Scott M. My family was dealing with custody issues regarding my teenage stepson, and my husband and I had concerns about him going to live with his mother. We felt overwhelmed and had no real legal knowledge and did not fully understand if our concerns were valid enough to influence the court's decision on the matter. I contacted my employee assistance program through my employer, and they connected me with Scott M. Brown and Associates. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day for a 30 minute consultation with Lindsey at the Pearland office. She was amazing! We sat down with her and explained our concerns and within the short time period she understood everything about the dynamics of our situation, even things we didn't expressly tell her. She was so adept at grasping our particular situation and giving us the valuable advice that we needed. She brought up valid points to support our stance that we hadn't even thought of. She laid out what our options would be so that we could clearly understand what our next steps should be. She did all this while not making us feel rushed at all. Fortunately for us, things resolved in our favor outside of court, but it was largely because we received the legal advice from Lindsey and were able to feel more confident in our situation. I 100% recommend this law office based on our experience. If you are in a similar situation and need some help understanding your legal rights, you should set up a consultation to gain more knowledge on the matter. If you do have an employee assistance program, I highly recommend using that resource as well.

Not sure where to begin. I called the office last week, and they happily scheduled my consultation for four days later. I was given the name of the attorney who would get in touch with me along with a time that was convenient for me. When I try to speak with the gentleman, he gets agitated, and nothing seems to be right. The last time I looked, I was the one requesting help. Then, having promised me an hour of conversation, he talked for nineteen minutes, uttering a lot of "ums," "like," and "you might do this or maybe," as though that were his favorite words. I swear that I will upload a photo of the call log. I will say that I passed. The only thing he clear was how much his boss wants on a retainer and how much he charges per hour. I felt like I was taken advantage of and wasted both money and time.

They are responsive, knowledgeable, and realistic. They will always make time for you and answer questions and concerns in such a way that leaves you feeling reassured and confident again. I’m beyond grateful and would strongly recommend them over anyone else.

Throughout the rest of my divorce, they consistently provided me with excellent advice, a calm voice of reason, and zealous advocacy. My lawyer made time for me whenever I needed him, prepared me for all my hearings, and was always punctual for our meetings and court dates.

Very bad experience with ms Williams , she was very rude and took forever 6 months nothing happen she would only say “ it’s the courts they are slow right now “ and she would talk back very bad no manners . She yelled at me for going to the court to find out what’s going on. 8 months and I never seen my kids went else where I seen them within a month. 5,500$ in retainer down the drain. They have so many cases you’ll just be another in stack.
