I dealt with Blair Parker from the Pearland Office who helped me negotiate through a very difficult time with an ugly divorce. She was a tremendous asset to me and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My husband and I were seeking out an attorney to help us assess what could be done about readjusting the custody of my husband's children. We were recommended by a family member who had used this law firm, so we took a chance and stopped in this summer. We met Erinn Brown that day, and she was very clear and direct about our chances, and went over the pros and cons with us about moving forward. During this meeting, her and her associate became very concerned about the children's living conditions, and wanted to act immediately before they were sent back to their Mom. We agreed, and in August my husband was awarded temporary primary custody of the younger kids. A few weeks later, something dramatic happened when the Mom assaulted the oldest daughter. While she didn't press charges, Ms Brown went to bat for the young ones and we met with the judge about changing the terms of the temporary orders. All visitation and access to the children were removed because of the victim's testimony, and the Mom still denies her actions to this day. She has proceeded to bring us back to court almost monthly to try to gain access back to the children, and Ms Brown has been there every step of the way for us and the kids. While this is still ongoing, Ms Brown has continued to stand up and fight for the un-justices we've had to face along the way. The Mom has threatened my husband by saying she'll make sure he is in jail by the time she's done with him, no matter what it takes. She's also threatened myself by saying she'll sue me for every penny I have. Ms Brown has defended us amazingly through all this, and we wouldn't want anyone else on our side but her. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to fight for you or your children.
