Actually, I am still waiting for an answer from the Attorney Cath…. Since over two weeks with no answer, although my several reminder emails and phone call… I am confused since this is a simple agreement document, I have received the first draft early May and since that time, it’s total black hole…. It’s sad such behavior from attorney especially when she knows time is critical!

Update: I am changing from a 1-star review to a 3-star review. Once I was able to get ahold of someone, be it the front desk or the lawyer on my case, everyone was courteous and professional. Signing was super easy and talking to my lawyer in person was a lot more light hearted than over email. We did miss the original deadline, which ended up having to be worked into the documents. On top of that, my original signing appointment had to be rescheduled. I had to reach out myself via email and phone rather than having someone reach out to me to reschedule. Though they were a few days late, I did get more frequent replies to my emails by the end. I'd be happy to give this firm another chance, given a far less time-sensitive event. Part of the fault was on me not seeking out counsel earlier, so I don't want to leave an entirely bad review, but it could have been handled better on both sides overall. --- Original review: I called and spoke to an attorney here about a month ago. It took me 2 weeks and a follow up email (that was never replied to) to get the retainer drawn up. 2 weeks and a follow up email, call, and chat message later, and I have still received any response regarding a draft. I don't think I even have any unique circumstances that would take this much time. I'm sure the attorneys here are as great as some of the other reviews say, but if you have some sort of deadline, it may be better to go elsewhere. Edit: I was contacted today regarding my case. I will be happy to update my rating upon conclusion.
