Peter Hall was definitely a BREATH OF FRESH AIR compared to my experience with other lawyers and investment advisors. I was referred to Peter when some of my friends told me to put my savings into a "Trust" for dealing with my finances when I passed away. Although I had heard that Trusts were a little pricey (I don't have a lot of money to begin with), I had heard that Trusts were the best way to be sure the government and any other estate planners wouldn't whittle away at my life savings through taxes and exorbitant fee schedules. Peter was exactly what I needed to help navigate those treacherous waters! And with his assistance, I came to understand the pros/cons of a Trust vs a Will. I had already created a "simple" will several years ago utilizing one of those "Will Document" technologies you can purchase online...but after meeting with Peter, found out that my final finances were sorely in need of a review by someone that knew how to help me achieve what I really wanted to provide for my beneficiaries! Peter Hall more than met my needs and expectations in that regard!! Peter was VERY informative and laid out all of the final financial options in a fashion that I could understand...which is important for a 64 year old father of four grown children/beneficiaries! He answered ALL of my questions in a non-pressure fashion and listened to my issues with an ear toward the best resolution for my concerns...rather than designing complex documents and options that would require additional meetings and ultimately additional fees. It was apparent that my welfare was his priority! And just as important, his fees were incredibly reasonable, which isn't at all common in the Legal profession. Bottom line, he shared with me that a Trust really wasn't the best method for my final estate needs...and was way more expensive (5 times more expensive) than what I needed! Finally, Peter was not only incredibly helpful, his professional demeanor and attention to document detail was apparent in all that he said and provided to me. Truly "top of the line" as an Attorney and Legal professional, Peter Hall rekindled my belief in the Legal Profession. I would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND Peter Hall to anyone looking to prepare their estate in the event of their passing. His "down to earth" demeanor, candor, and reasonable fee schedule were exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I have some other legal work I need to have done now and will be calling Peter Hall for assistance on those issues as well. I know I will receive the same professional and caring service as before!

He listened to my concerns, explained my options, and provided guidance. He was very responsive, timely, and fairly priced. I highly recommend him.

Carpenter and Associates does a great job at offering legal services throughout the DFW area. Hats off to Rachel, she is very passionate about getting cases done in a timely manner. I was updated throughout the process what to expect and am overall satisfied with their work. 5 stars.

BEWARE!!!! This law firm single handedly ruined our chances at relinquishing any of our personal property back or any compensation that was suppose to be made to us. Beware of their paralegal, Rachel... She will advise you illegal instructions, bore you to death with her own personal problems instead of listen to yours, and provide the absolute worst service I think anyone could have provided. EVER! This girl is not only ignorant for assuming anyone cares about her personal life outside her job, but also incapable of performing her own job as it should be was simply the icing on the cake so to speak. I needed her or Carpenter & Associates to send out a very simple Demand Letter to resolve the personal property damage side of my case. Guess what...INCOMPENTANCE AT ITS FINEST!!! Not only did they mess up the demand letter, they left the actual demand request for said amount of money COMPLETELY OUT ALL TOGETHER! These lawyers are a joke! Their unprofessional to say the least. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARND MONEY ON THESE SELFISH IGNORANT BLOKES! HORRIBLE SERVICE! BEWARE!!!

They do an immaculate job. Remember, lawyers are representing YOU, so if you are not a good candidate, then they cannot make you win your case. All the bad reviews are clearly from people who are mad because they lost their case, and are taking it out on their lawyers instead of realizing that nobody could have possibly made the judge rule in their favor
