She put in a tremendous amount of work and research while also using the research and work I had found. She lobbied for my son and I at every turn. We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Peter Hall regarding an issue related to our property. His demeanor, professionalism and knowledge were exceptional. Mr. Hall explained the process in depth and answered additional questions we had, allowing us to easily understand the solution. Everything was done in a timely manner. Newman and Hall are the best attorneys I have ever worked with in my life me and my wife had bought a home from a family member and when we went to pay our last and final bill the family member said we didn't pay him and tried to evict us we were hit by a tornado and lost about a year and a half worth of receipts that were stored in the home these were receipts for cash payments that I no longer had so our case was complicated to say the very least I was referred to Newman & Hall by a title company me and my wife were skeptical at first as we all are with attorneys sorry Peter LOL ... Newman and Hall were able to take all the receipts we had plus the information Newman and Hall were able to beat slap hold him down and choke the information out of and they found out exactly what we owed him this came out better than me and my wife could ever have expected now we are out right homeowners thank you too for everything you have done for us God forbid we ever need an attorney you two will be my first and last call take care and god bless!

During the holidays of 2018, I received a demand letter. It had been written by an attorney and initiated by two of my immediate family members. I was shocked and “caught off guard” but knew I would need my own representation. Prior to this, I had little experience with the legal world, so I began researching “law firms.” Fortunately for me, Peter Hall accepted my call. During my meeting at New & Hall, I never felt rushed and was even encouraged to share my perspective. Mr. Hall paid close attention and retained the smallest details. I felt confident about taking the next steps necessary and even hopeful for the first time in weeks. I sent my “response” letter and once it was received by the plaintiffs their demands dissolved. Today, I continue to turn to Mr. Hall any time I need legal guidance because I can rely on and trust his knowledge plus, he continues to demonstrate that what serves in my best interest is his priority.

I was very impressed with the way Josh and Rachel handled my case and were able to get me out of my lease. After being harassed by my landlord for the entire year I lived in her home.... I had enough and hired Carpenter to help me out. Since the day I paid, Rachel made sure to email me and get thorough information for my case and always responded to me in quick manner. Mr. Carpenter is clearly insanely busy, but whenever he needed info relayed to me or vice versa, Rachel did a wonderful job of acting as the "middle man" Very humble guy to speak to, treated me like a buddy since the first phone consultation, not like a stranger with $$$$ I initially only retained Carpenter because the price was half of what it would have been at a place up the road from me. Cheap price don't always mean cheap work! If I need Josh's help again, I'd be willing to pay 2x what I paid this time. great people, great work, and great prices.
