I highly recommend Joel Vecchio. I was injured badly in an accident that wasnt my fault, and was very scared about how to pursue getting what I needed since I have never been involved in any kind of legal process before this! After requesting initial info, Joel got back to me the same day (he even offered to come to me since I was still recovering from the accident but I opted for handling it all virtually which worked best for me and he obliged!) and eased my mind about the whole process, then got the ball rolling immediately. This was literally only a few weeks before COVID started, which ended up causing a lot of delays in different areas - but Joel kept me up to date the whole time and as able to get me my settlements as soon as possible. He also advocated for me every step of the way and was willing to battle back and forth with some difficult parties involved until we got things in my favor. Definitely great customer service and professionalism - if I ever (which I hope I don’t) get into any other accident or trouble, I will definitely call Joel and his team again!
