I was able to receive detailed updates on my case as well as all my questions regarding the case/process answered. They were extremely helpful and took the time to explain their part in the process and how everything was proceeding. Joel and his staff are absolutely amazing! I never felt like I was left out of the loop. If I had questions, they were always answered that same day. They are all reachable either by phone or by e-mail. I would definitely call Joel if I need a personal injury lawyer again.
