I filed for disability and was turned down. I was so weary of digging up old files and researching old recollections of misery and pain, I decided to just let a competent attorney have a try at it. I saw an ad for Coats and Todd and called them up. I never had to leave my home except to go to my Doctor appointments and then I heard from SSA, who requested I go to their Doctor. It wasn't long after that when I received my award letter from SSA. The whole process only took a few months and my stress level was much better just knowing that I was being represented. I will feel better when I receive my back payments because that is how I can catch up on my property taxes, doctor bills, etc. because contrary to popular belief, when you get very sick or are suffering from something that was no fault of yours, well, you get my drift. Thank you Coats and Todd, I'm glad I chose you!

Mr. Rasley has very reasonable rates. Not only that, but he also exhibits a personal interest in the outcome of a case. He is quick to respond, and knowledgeable in his trade. I highly recommend him.

They filed my case late it's been over a year waiting to see a judge now I've had to take a job I can't perform and to top it off they call me and someone tells me I haven't been to the doctor. Been atdoctor every 3 months lost 40 pounds in this year plus I'm full blown aids bi popolar with psychotic eposids and dont let me leave out hep.c so if you want help this is not the best law firm to go with. And before I leave you they called and asked me to get my records and doctor statements but I bet if I was to keep them as my attorney they would have there hand out for there 25 or30 percent when I win. 👎

When I was looking for an attorney to represent me in a fairly nasty situation I knew I would need to hire someone I felt both comfortable with and confident in. After several negative experiences with various attorneys I've hired in the past I was very nervous to hire anyone I spoke to. Brandon carries himself with a very humble and kind demeanor, which is exactly what I was looking for. I knew a judge wouldn't want to deal with your typical over confident and cocky attorney playing tricks and gimmicks. Which made Brandon a clear choice to me. He is both kind and assertive, this man is ready to go to battle in the court room if needed and he knows the law very well. Court is nerve racking to say the least. However Brandon was quick to make small talk with me on the date of trial to ease my tension, he explained exactly what would be happening in the court room so I was able to be confident and calm. I can easily say Brandon saved me 10x what his fees were in the long run (my situation my be different than yours). Which by the way I feel his fees were fair and his payment structure was very accommodating. I have already recommended Brandon to a couple of friends in similar situations and I feel confident he will take care of them just as well as he did with my case. If nothing else I recommend you talk to him about your case, but don't bother wondering if he can do the job, the guy is good. He will be my sole family attorney from here on out in any of my disputes.

For 5 years I fought with SSD, getting denied over and over again. I was ready to give up, I just wanted to get on with my life. Took the intake call and decided based solely on the horrible attitude and sassy remarks that this is not the firm that needs to handle SSI claims. Fired before they were even hired but glad I learned quickly not later

How Thankful I am for having Catherine Coats handle my disability case? Well… I don’t have all day to explain the whole story, but here’s the highlight of my case. I had an on the job injury, that lead to a major nightmare with workman’s comp, that lasted for just over 2 years. After getting denied WC several times, for required surgery, and dealing with unfair representation. I ended up with severe depression, stress, and mental anguish that landed me in psychiatric care. My life had spun completely out of control. I felt hopeless and alone. Then I heard about Coats and Todd, they took my case right away, and I didn’t have to do anything.
