Updating our Will and creating a family trust as well as medical directives and POA’s is something that I kept putting off, i guess because I think I’m bullet proof. When I found John and we had our first conversation I knew I’d found someone who knew his stuff and that was comfortable to talk to. Didn’t talk above my head put everything in layman’s terms and that was truly appreciated. We got everything taken care of for our estate and will be back to work on some of our business documents. Who wants to read through pages and pages of legal language, not to mention think through the nitty-gritty details of the end of your life? John demystifies a complex, intimidating process and gently (but firmly) gets you across the finish line. He was exceptional at answering all our questions and there were a lot.
