If you are looking to hire the most phenomenal lawyer money can buy, please please please don’t hesitate to invest with Casey Davis!! Let’s face it, if one is searching for a Criminal Defense Attorney it’s likely due to a serious charge. Legal issues can be the most stressful, dark, and terrifying times in one’s life. The legal issues deeply affected our entire family and we were all searching and searching and happened to come across Casey Davis. Within minutes of being on the first phone call with Casey, we knew our search had come to an end. Casey was just the one to do the job!! We knew because she is the most caring, compassionate, authentic, intelligent, talented, empathetic, resilient, passionate (and the list goes on and on) humans I have ever spoken with. Unfortunately, we had dealt with other attorneys prior that were curt, rude, cold and just seemed too busy to actually listen to our needs. Casey was different…she was heads and shoulders above the rest. For the first time I felt safe and secure knowing that Casey had our back 100% and we would be saved from all the hell we were going through! She handled two cases for us simultaneously and promised to deliver a dismissal for both and that’s exactly what she did!! Casey kept me informed about the cases from start to finish. Never once did I have to reach out for an update. Casey works tirelessly for her clients and it’s evident in all her actions. She is always just a phone call, text, or email away! I was surprised because many times she would be reaching out to me long after many other lawyers call it a day. Not Casey…weekends, late evenings, etc she was there and I was never nervous or anxious to reach out for her when I needed her. Her knowledge of the Collin County court system is top notch and she even navigated Denton County effortlessly as well. She knows the right people to contact to get the quickest results. Casey took the sting and pain away from the tremendous amount of suffering myself and family were feeling due to an extremely unfair and unjust legal system. Casey identified the injustices we were facing from day one and promised to deliver justice and that’s exactly what happened! I feel I have a lifelong legal contact with Casey. Absolutely recommend her. Having zero experience dealing with legal issues, she is the first one i called in my lawyer selection process and within minutes of talking to her I knew she was the right person to represent me. Casey takes her time to get to know her clients so she can defend better. She was also very patient in answering questions. She went above and beyond to help. She was also pretty responsive to texts and calls. My experience working with her was awesome. During the few stressful months until the case got no billed, she was always on my side guiding me through and I am very thankful for it. When I met Ms. Davis, I was under a great deal of pressure, and was totally stressed out. She was sympathetic and kind, but most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and confident. I was particularly impressed by her genuine honesty during our initial consultation. Unlike many other lawyers I interviewed, Ms. Davis did not use the scary tactics which is a common practice of some lawyers in order to intimidate the clients to hire them. After I hired her, she was on top of everything just like how she promised, she was there for me every step of the way until my case was dismissed by the DA. I couldn't have hoped for a better result than that.

Had a terrifying serious legal situation arise, and I needed strict competency, not false hope. We found Casey Davis by what feels like some form of divine intervention and I have truly never been more thankful.
