I highly recommend Viviana Cavada, Esq. She was a great help to me around 2013 -2014 where I was a part of a company where one of the original partners left the second partner like an abandoned spouse and the remaining partner had no clue what to do in running his business in the office aspect of things since he did more of the field work gathering in business. I sought Ms. Viviana and she gave me great advice on how to help this man and even the structure of a new company while dealing with the old company disaster. The new company grew and the old company was fixed and dissolved, allowing the remaining partner to retire in peace. Glory to God!!!!
