Unprofessional and lazy.

Having been in business in the Metroplex for almost fifty years, we have had several occasions to need some help getting paid for our services. Collection agencies are a necessary evil, kind of like Tax Collectors and Speedbumps. No one likes them or ever welcomes an encounter with one. They are frequently called to enter what is already a heated dispute between parties containing two or more sets of "facts", and unfortunately, not everyone is honest. The accused party is often evasive and defensive, calling for stern language on the part of the agent, and sometimes resulting in complaints and bad reviews. Two or three years ago I ran across Tucker, Albin & Associates while doing a Google search and reached Chris Falbo. Working with him has been by far the most rewarding experience of its' kind. He is very pleasant, well spoken, experienced, and knowledgeable about laws pertaining to collections, even if one of the parties is in another state. I would first like to say what a fantastic company!!!! I absolutely love their collection process and they really work for you to collect your customers unpaid balances. Jordan and his teem is fantastic! Jordan would always keep me up to date on the progress. I have used so many collection companies in the past and they all sucked! They couldn’t collect a cent from any of our past owed accounts. When Jordan told me give me a week to collect he really means it. That’s the fastest turn around I have ever got. I highly recommend these guys they are bull dogs and they don’t give up on any thing.

I would highly suggest them to anyone as I have some pretty difficult clients but Tucker Albinson is very persistent.

Unprofessional on the phone. Called my place of business and made a sarcastic comment because I answered on speaker phone. Very rude and would never work with a company thinking they are better than and rude on the phone.
