Got a call from this place and the guy was completely rude! They act like they need the owner and know them even though they don't and instead of at least leaving a nice message they get rude and hang up!

Called into my place of business asking for "the owner" when I tried to ask his name and the name of his company he was very rude. When I insisted on taking a message instead he hung up on me. Apparently this company helps collect debts without "ruining your relationship with your client". We currently have no debts that would need to be collected from us but you can bet any relationship with anyone we've done business with that this company tries to collect for will definitely be ruined beyond repair. There is a thing called professionalism and I do not appreciate it when so called businessmen seem unable to figure out what that is. Any companies thinking about using this company to collect debts please keep in mind that these people will be calling around to represent you and that this is how they will do that. Edit: Apparently this was supposed to be a sales call. They really must be struggling. Gee.... wonder why...

We are a small Canadian company. For 50 years we never had to use any collection agency, until one Big Corporation stopped returning our calls. Mike from Tucker, Albin and Associates made them pay (in full) in a few short weeks!

Got a call at my work from Will. He demanded to speak with the CEO of my company. I dont transfer calls to him and offered to pass a message along, he was extremely rude and when I asked his company name he kept yelling it repeatedly into the phone then hung up on me. I'll know next time to give them the same respect they showed me.

Very rude!!! Received a phone call, for our company and I was talking and trying to figure out how to proceed with payment since it was a collection that was overdue for our company but I wasn't employed at that time, so I was talking to the lady on the Balance and I would of been happy to help but she didn't even listen and she just hung up on me, very rude.

I am only giving 1 star, because I am being required to make a selection. Would have liked to give 0 stars. Just received a call from Michael Marsh (if that was his real name). He was rude when I would not connect his call to the person he was asking to speak to. He would not tell me what the call was regarding when I asked. He insisted that I connect his call to the person he was calling for. He continued to say the same thing over and over just like I am doing here. When he realized I was not going to connect his call, he said some ugly and threatening things. When I still did not connect him, he hung up on me. Real professional guy.

These guys are total bullies who sent me and my employees alarming, threatening emails in an attempt to scam me out of money.
