Do some close research into this company. They were hired to collect a debt that wasn't owed, and did not look at the debt before trying to collect it. They were attempting to collect more than 3 times the amount the vendor thought was still owed, when there was nothing owed to him anymore and I had the paperwork to back this up. I sent them this info and demanded they not contact me again, which they did stop regarding this case. HOWEVER, I am now receiving sign up emails trying to sell me on "best quality service" and how they "almost always collect any kind of debt". Sending a bogus debt to someone and then later adding me to their sign up email list is bad, bad business practice!!! Make sure to do a search on this company to find the article where they were fined $500,000 in 2015.

They talk very sharp but they ends up by saying "dead end" . Just no explanations.

terrible people play games and keep calling even though they know different

On a Thursday afternoon a man (definitely not a gentleman) called my grandparents business and was VERY RUDE. He hung up when we were trying to communicate with the individual he requested to speak to (my almost deaf grandfather). He proceeded to call back and demanded to talk to the person who answered the first time. He didn't give a name and wouldn't even tell us what he was calling for or who he worked for. I then called the number back and found out the name of the company. Don't do business with them or answer their phone calls... especially the one in Richardson,TX on 1702 Collins Blvd. #100. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.

It's a scam or at least the guy I dealt with from this company was a scammer. I suspect that the 5 star reviews below are fake considering they were charged in July 2015 for $500K of debt collection scams. He called, lied to my receptionist saying he was returning my phone call and pressured her into forwarding the call even though I was very busy. Chris Martin was his name (if that was his real name) and he refused to give me the company name. The only way I found the company name was by calling the number back that he called me from. Buyer beware

DAVID WRIGHT is a HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE CALLING ME GREASY STUPID because I was doing my job to get his information correct and asked him how to spell his name.. so that made me greasy and dumb and then he decide to swear at me... he is and this company will be reported for harrasment !

This company will call and when they dont get to the owner they keep hanging up when questioned what the call is in reference to. i use RMC out of Pine Bluff, AR. they are very professional. seems to post this i have to check at least one star. not deserved at all.
