I've been working with Jason Trantham at Tucker Albin for a little over a year. One thing I can say, is that these guys are effective! I've never assigned them debt they haven't been able to collect on (and they've never had to take it to court), and I usually have results within a couple days. They also have done some really useful risk assessments for me on new customers and business relationships. If you see negative reviews, rest assured it's from folks who've they've collected on. I wouldn't want them coming after me either, but I sure appreciate having them on my side when it's time to collect.

I would like to commend Mr. Zack Van Meter for his efforts to collect from a very difficult customer. Although we did not get the entire amount owed, he got more than I expected. Thank you Zack. I have learned my lesson from this type of customer and will be more careful in the future.. This is the second time I have had to use Tucker, Albin and without regrets. Zack Van Meter was the reason we were able to obtain payment on our far PAST DUE invoice to Dunn Construction. I Deborah K. Blackmon, at Valley Carriers, Inc. had made several attempts to collect payment with no results. I had given up when Zack contacted me from your collection agency to see if we had any outstanding accounts. He works with us on time constraints, and always has a nice and outgoing personality. When we are done for awhile, he also gives us time for our own in house actions towards collecting. ZACK VANMETER.......COLLECTED MY MONEY AND DID MY COMPANY JUSTICE.... THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO!!!!!!!

I've been using Tucker, Albin and Associates for about a year and they have collected more accounts than any other collection company I've dealt with. Tucker Albin gets most of the accounts to pay in about a week but some take longer. My rep Brian Knox is a cool guy to work with, he even helped me restore some of those relationships after they paid their debt.
