I was hit as the result of someone failing to yield at an intersection. I was also in the middle lane. My young child was in the car with me. I was referred over from the original law to firm to Herbert. Although they were able to settle the case it was at a very very low payout. They completely disregarded my child and "lost their paperwork" in the transition from the first law firm. Staff was extremely rude. There was an overwhelming amount of surprise fees and charges that were not in the original contract, and no effort was made from Herbert to clarify those additional fess from the original contract. My attorney Kaitlyn wouldn't attempt to update her manager about the concerns either

Zack Herbert is the best with your case no matter big or small it’s my 2nd time using him from a case in 2016 was small but was important to zack. And now Herbert law group just settled a commercial settlement even faster today 2022. Very satisfied with Herbert law group.
