Without Isaac, and his staff, I would have been bullied & swindled out of an inheritance from my oldest sister. Because of his professionalism, knowledge, and follow through … the executrix (middle sister) was held accountable for over 11 yrs. of doing whatever she wanted to, and stealing from the estate. I am a mediator and have mediated several cases for Isaac. There is no question that Isaac is a highly competent lawyer and very sensitive to the needs and position of his clients. He works hard to obtain a fair and sensible solution for his clients and stays prepared to protect his clients in court.

When family changes finally spurred me to create a will, I was lucky to find Isaac. He spent several hours walking me through all the parts of my estate to make sure everything was covered. He also had very good suggestions about how to create a trust for part of the estate to ensure an ongoing income stream for someone not ready to handle the financial intricacies of real estate and the stock market. After my mother passed away, he was extremely helpful in shepherding her estate through probate, despite a rather unorthodox will. More recently, when I discovered I had a health issue that could possibly incapacitate me, he was very helpful in updating my living will and medical directives as well as accounting for some additional changes in my estate. I have never felt rushed during our meetings, and he has always confirmed his understanding of my wishes, and also made sure I understand the legal requirements and opportunities. I would wholeheartedly recommend Isaac for anyone who has estate planning needs, or needs help working through probate.
