Brian was recommended to me when I needed an attorney to file an emergency motion with the court to stop my husband from moving assets into an undisclosed account, and file for divorce. He agreed, accepted a retainer within my budget, filed the motion, had the order served to my now ex-spouse in another state within a matter of days and just in time to stop further nefarious activity. This was an extremely contentious divorce that caused a lot of pain, panic and heartache for me over a long period of time. I was a difficult client, needing lots of attention, which I know was very frustrating and time consuming. But he worked hard to fight for me in an almost impossible situation against someone who had no problem breaking the law for financial gain. And he did so while also working with my budget as best he could. In the end, I couldn’t have walked out in a better situation than I did. Everything I had worked my entire life to acquire was on the line, and it was the scariest, most hurtful thing I have ever been through, losing 30lbs in three months. Brian was able to negotiate a settlement against a con man where I walked away virtually unscathed. I have no idea how he was able to do it. I suspect it was a combination of skill, talent, tenacity, aggression (when necessary), wit, ethics and maybe a little divine intervention. Whatever it was, he had what it took to obtain a final settlement in my favor, and he made sure I could afford it. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and Brian. He is an excellent and highly skilled counselor, and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and guidance.

Brian was a pleasure to work with and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and honest and was straight forward to help me make the best decisions during a rough time. Integrity is important to me and Brian is an excellant attorney who truly cares about your best interests. His prices are very reasonable.

I will say, I was skeptical in the beginning, but Mr. Andrade got the job done. Communication was a bonus for me. I’d reach out and someone would respond in a timely manner. The paralegal, Ms. Belle, was amazing too. I was impressed with the payment arrangements. This did not take away from the representation I received overall. I am pleased with the outcome and would definitely use him again, if needed.

I have had personal experience working with various groups of attorneys throughout my life. I want to say that Brian Andrade is one of the best I have had. He is experienced and knowledgeable - which I expect. But he exceeds in his communication skills - explains "the law" so that I can understand, answers all of my questions to my satisfaction, responds in a timely manner to my calls and emails and is supportive and honest. Mr. Andrade, thank you and your staff for helping me with recent divorce modification. The situation was a nightmare for me, but thanks to you helping me understand my rights and legal responsibilities we were able to get this process completed.

Brian was on top of my case the whole time. I felt like I was his only client. Always answered my question in a timely manner. He is down to earth and explains everything in layman's terms. He also knows how to smoke brisket. Very personal.

In short, Brian is highly attuned to both the law and understanding the dynamic at a high level to form smart strategies, give good counsel, responds timely, etc. Most noteworthy, however, is that he genuinely cares, and it was evidenced consistently.
